With our 40 years of construction experience, and collectively having been involved in 60 or more projects, we represent ownership on the site of projects with weekly site visits, onsite presence during critical phases of the project, draw administration, contract negotiations, and change order reviews.
Owner Representation
Our company insures that during the construction process the ownership is treated fairly and is represented on the job site and insure that the investment equals the final product. We also help value engineer construction projects, do plan reviews, and compare subcontractor bids to make certain that ownership is always getting what they have paid for.
