Detroit Lakes MN- United Development Solutions is pleased to announce that they have closed on the financing of the $12 million project located on the waterfront of Big Detroit Lake in Detroit Lakes MN.  This project will mark a new future for the downtown and lake front of the city.

The project consists of a 69 unit Fairfield by Marriot, 9 private condominiums, and a 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant.  This project has numerous environmental benefits to immediate area including a 100 year rain event holding pond, pervious parking lot, and 50% green space.  Completion is expected in April of 2017.
