Description
This 124 unit Woodspring Hotel and suites located in Fargo, ND is developed by United Development Solutions. This new hotel is located at the intersection of I-29 and 12thAvenue North the exit to NDSU and the Fargo Dome. The project is expected to be complete by Spring of 2016.
United Development was the lead developer on this project and obtained all necessary approvals, assistance in raising the equity, securing the financing for the project, vetting of all contractors and architectural, as well as management companies and franchise selection.
