Description
The project consists of a 69 unit Fairfield by Marriott, 9 private condominiums, and a 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant. This project has numerous environmental benefits to immediate area including a 100 year rain event holding pond, pervious parking lot, and 50% green space. Completion is expected in April of 2017.
