As part of the 5th Avenue Live project we participated as part of a development team and played important roles in city approvals, neighborhood focus group meetings, land acquisition and purchase price negotiation of the required land, as well as many other necessary components.

5th Avenue Live is a multiple city block project in excess of $40 million located in St.Cloud, Minnesota. The photo depicts part of the project which includes 32,000 sq. ft. of retail/office space and housing for over 450 St.Cloud State University students.
